2. Services

2.1 Scope of Work: The details of services provided will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal shared before the project begins. Any additional requests may incur extra charges.
2.2 Revisions: Projects include a set number of revisions as stated in your agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
2.3 Turnaround Times: Deadlines will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Delays caused by the client may result in a rescheduled timeline.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in your agreement. Full payment must be made before final deliverables are released.
3.2 Refunds: Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are only available if MuseWave Media fails to deliver on the agreed scope of work, and no deliverables have been provided.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All deliverables remain the property of MuseWave Media until full payment is received. Once payment is completed, ownership of original content will transfer to the client.
4.2 Licensing: MuseWave Media retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Content and Feedback: Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and timely feedback to ensure project completion.
5.2 Copyright Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to MuseWave Media do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Liability

6.1 Service Limitations: MuseWave Media is not liable for damages resulting from the use of services or deliverables once handed over to the client.
6.2 Third-Party Platforms: MuseWave Media is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., social media platforms, Shopify, etc.) used as part of the project.

7. Termination

7.1 Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. The client is responsible for any work completed up to the termination date.
7.2 Breach of Terms: MuseWave Media reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or engages in unethical behavior.

8. Privacy

MuseWave Media respects your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used for the purposes of delivering services.

9. Modifications

MuseWave Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
